10ml bottle treats 20-25 sets with 2 coats.
Application:
Clean off bugs, grease & dirt using Ice-9 Liquid Sandpaper or car wash soap and water.
Wipe headlight with an IPA Panel Prep solution (50/50 mix of distilled water and 91% Isopropyl Alcohol). Dry surface thoroughly with a clean microfiber towel or blow dry.
Fold applicator pad in 1/4. Apply 1ml of Solar Shield Ceramic Headlight Glaze to applicator. Apply to the perimeter of the light first, then in a cross-hatch motion, applying in an up and down motion across the surface of the light, then in an east and west motion covering the surface.
Allow the first coat to dry for 2 minutes in warm weather or 3 minutes in cooler weather, then gently buff off excess product with a clean microfiber towel.
Apply a second coat repeating steps 3 and 4. That’s it. You are done.
Do not apply in direct sunlight. Ideally apply indoors. Do not apply to a hot headlight. If light is hot, cool it down with cold water first, dry light, then apply. If it is 40 degrees or below, slightly warm light with a hair dryer up to above 70 degrees. Do not apply on rainy days, foggy days or in extreme humidity.
Curing: Avoid water, rain, or washing for 12–24 hours; full chemical cure takes 3–5 days, avoiding harsh detergents and pressure washing during this time.
